In the vast majority of the reported cases designated as primary malignant tumors of the seminal vesicles, Lazarus agreed with Young in view of the point that, in general, sarcomas should be regarded as primary malignant tumors of the retrovesical region involving the vesicles rather than as primary intrinsic of the vesicles, since in most cases it is impossible clinically, autoptically, or histologically to determine the exact point of origin, for these cases are usually advanced at first sight, with involvement of the vesicles, prostate and surrounding tissues.
